"IME", is Japan's sole exhibition for meetings and incentive travel,and offers exhibitors"direct access to Japan's major meeting and incentive travel organizers" and "an ideal showcase to present their venues and products to the Japanese meetings market",organized by the Japan Congress Convention Bureau (Chairperson: Kumiko Torikai) along with the Japan National Tourist Organization, an independent administrative institution.
Some key organizers and planners will be invited, representing various national associations and organizations, scientific and academic institutions, private corporations, and convention, incentive tour and corporate meeting planners. |

"IME" provides an ideal networking opportunity for buyers and suppliers in the international convention and incentive travel markets. Exhibitors are the convention bureaus and local governmen tourism promotion sections of Japan's convention cities, foreign national tourist organizations, convention centers, hotels and other convention-related industries. |
