Choose the interested exhibitors who you would like to contact with, and apply the desired meeting schedules through on-line Pre-Registration. The business appointments will be set up by the secretariat office, and your meetings will be hosted at the exhibition site.
* One-to-one meeting with exhibitors will be arranged.
Your appointment offers may not lead to match depending on the schedule of the other party.
Registration to the business appointments includes (Tentative)
- The invitation for a buffet lunch.
- Travel fees covering two people for the round trip within Japan when the further visit for the site inspection is arranged after the business appointment with the exhibitors. The site inspection is limited only for one place.
- How-to manuals published by Japan National Tourist Organization. *These manuals are published only in Japanese language
- IME original goods will be given as a complementary gift.
Pre-Registration is required for business meetings.
Please go to the venue with at least two business cards.
